Hi, I am Fern. I look after the ferns. I love to clean the fern leaves and make them shiny. There are lots of ferns in New Zealand and they come all different sorts, big as trees or very small. On my clothes and head you see Koru's. Every Koru is a rolled up new fern leaf. ToiToi is my bestfriend and I share a lot of adventures with him. I also look after him, because he is the youngest Bushbuddy. ToiToi is still looking for his special magic but he loves my magic! I can make things appear in the palm of my hand, just by thinking of it. All the Bushbuddies have some sort of magic, except for ToiToi. He needs to earn his Magic. I love to sing, especially early in the morning. The forest is so beautiful then, and all the birds sing along. |
